Consultations and Appointments

Style consultations are scheduled by appointment. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of service booking unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified. Refunds are handled according to our return policy.

Styling Advice and Recommendations

Our styling advice and recommendations are based on professional expertise and industry knowledge. However, style preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every recommendation will meet your expectations. We encourage open communication throughout the styling process.
